We offer vacant home staging throughout the Triangle Area, bringing each space to life with a curated design approach. While we stage a variety of styles, we also have a special collection of vintage Mid-Century Modern pieces perfect for specialty homes in the area.

To determine the best staging approach for your home, we recommend starting with a walk-through consultation. During this session, we’ll provide tailored recommendations to help your home stand out in today’s competitive real estate market. This may include:
Organizational tips
Furniture placement ideas
Paint color recommendations
Lighting improvements
Decorative enhancements
We’ll also share practical guidelines for keeping your home looking its best during showings, including tips for maintaining tidy closets and bathrooms. A walk-through consultation typically takes about an hour, depending on the size of your home.
*Consultations are complimentary when you book a staging with us. If you decide not to proceed with staging, a $150 consultation fee applies.

Our staging services generally start at a minimum of $2,500, which typically includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and two bathrooms.

We offer an initial 5-week staging period, starting on the day of the stage.
Additionally, we provide pro-rated renewal options for 2-week and 4-week extensions.
